Summer Ice Cream

Siempre que visito un nuevo país, me encanta conocer toda su cultura, pero sobre todo la cocina típica del lugar. Hará un par de años en Hawai'i descubrí un helado un tanto peculiar, pero sorprendentemente bueno! 
Every single time I visit a new country, I like knowing their culture, but what I love is getting to know their cousin. Two years ago I discovered and extraordinary ice cream in Hawai'i. It can sound a bit weird but it's so tasty you won't believe it until you try it. 

Es un helado que esta hecho con unas judías rojas, llamadas Azuki, como base del helado, despues ponemos hielo rallado y por encima sabores en líquido. La mezcla es sorprendente. 
It's an ice cream made of a first base of red beans called Azuki beans then a scoop of shaved ice and some flavors on top. The mix is delicious!
